Background & Experience

Claudio Cecero found the Opera RE in the 2002, a real estate consulting and brokerage company. The company after having worked for two years in alliance with Atisreal International (BNP Paribas Group) as the representative for Italy, was acquired on November 1, 2005 as Atisreal Italy (now BNP Paribas Real Estate).

As CEO and Chief of C.d.A. he was responsible for the implementation of the business plan of its planning and development, creating five departments: assessment, architecture space planning, investment, industrial and logistics, offices and sales reaching a staff of 26 employees at January 2007. He also coordinated and supervised the administrative, legal, and operational integration of the headquartered in France. He has worked on the acquisition of the Nazca Facility Management on behalf of the group by integrating the 25 people staff.

He was responsible for the development and management of relationships with the large real estate, negotiation and re-negotiation of complex contracts, strategy, coordination, planning of the sale and lease portfolio products marketing and the company market positioning. He also was a consultant on real estate investment and real estate redevelopment strategies.

From 1998 to 2002 he worked at CB Richard Ellis Milan Brokerage department, at first as Senior Agent, and then, because of the increase of customer relationships, as Senior Manager and finally with the title of Area Director. Overall, in this period, he brokered and negotiated more than 250,000 sqm.

In the 2000, he oversaw the development and planning of the start-up E.Biscom today Fastweb, as Head of the Real Estate department, he managed more than 40.000 sqm of leas and acquisition assets.

From the 1995 to the 1998 he worked in partnership with a real estate brokerage firm, where he gained diverse business experience, first in the housing sector and then creating the tertiary sector with specific managerial responsibilities.

Previously he gained five years' experience in a construction company, carrying organizational and operational duties out, human resources management, planning and programming sites, direct relationships with the Public Administration.
